Cookie Policy

This website is lightweight, but it includes Google Tag Manager so analytics and advertising tags can be managed centrally. Google Consent Mode v2 is initialized with non-essential analytics and advertising storage denied by default, then updated if a visitor accepts measurement cookies. The site also stores short-lived campaign attribution data in session storage so form enquiries can be understood in context.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a visitor's device by a website. They can be necessary for website operation or used for analytics, advertising, preferences and similar purposes.

2. Cookies used by this website

Category Status Purpose
Strictly necessary cookies May be used by the hosting environment if required Security, load balancing, form submission or basic technical operation
Analytics cookies Used only after consent where required Website performance measurement, content improvement and lead-generation analysis through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Client Portal operational analytics May be used through the dedicated Client Portal Google Tag Manager container and Google Analytics property in the authenticated client portal Sanitized usage measurement for portal areas, broad actions, UI regions, form type/completion state, scroll depth and engagement timing. Automatic full portal URL page-view tracking is disabled, and issue text, ticket identifiers, project names, usernames, email addresses, search terms or form field values are not intentionally collected.
Session storage attribution Used by the website when campaign parameters are present Remembering UTM and click identifiers during the visit so an assessment request can be attributed to the correct campaign or source
Advertising cookies Used only after consent where required Google Ads conversion measurement, campaign optimization or remarketing if configured in the GTM container

3. Google Tag Manager and consent choices

Google Tag Manager is a tag-management tool. It does not replace the need to configure Google Analytics, Google Ads, Consent Mode or other tags correctly inside the container. The public website and the authenticated Client Portal use separate measurement configurations so sales analytics and operational portal analytics can be managed separately.
